1. Our Services

Senior Companion Services provides non-medical companionship and support services for older adults in their homes. Our services are intended to provide companionship, social interaction, conversation, activities, and other agreed-upon non-medical support.

Our services do not constitute medical care, nursing care, physical therapy, home health care, emergency services, or other professional healthcare services.

We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice or medical services.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients and their families or representatives are responsible for providing accurate and complete information that may reasonably affect the delivery of services, including relevant information about the client's needs, limitations, preferences, allergies, medications, emergency contacts, and safety concerns.

Clients and their representatives must promptly notify us of any changes that may affect the safety or appropriate delivery of services.

3. Safety

The safety of our clients and employees is a priority. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or discontinue services when conditions present an unreasonable safety risk to a client, employee, or other person.

Senior Companion Services is not an emergency response service. In an emergency, clients, family members, or caregivers should contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service.

4. Service Availability and Scheduling

Services are provided based on availability and are scheduled in advance.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested schedules; however, specific caregivers, employees, dates, or times are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by Senior Companion Services.

We reserve the right to modify schedules when circumstances require.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any applicable fees, will be communicated to the client before services begin and may be included in the client's service agreement.

6. Payments

Clients are responsible for payment of all agreed-upon service fees.

Rates, payment terms, cancellation fees, and other applicable charges will be communicated before services are provided.

Senior Companion Services reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid balances.
